Our customer id no is-1926846208, my name is V.S.S.Mangalampalle residing at hyderabad. We intend to change the battery of pureit water filter, coz it has reached its expiry. We are trying to contact the toll free numbers given in their advertisement and also the number at hyderabad, but in vain. The numbers as aforesaid are not accepting any calls, the call is being initiated but there is no executive on the other side to respond to the call.
