Dear Mr. Nitin Paranjpe,

This is regarding the high dissatisfaction caused by your company's service after lodging a complaint to change the filter of my Pure-it water purifier. The complaint has not been attended for the past 8 days. Even one of your executives came to attend on Sunday. But only half of the job is done. Now, the water purifier is completely non-functional. He removed the filter and did not come back to replace with a new one.

What's happening with your company... Its really shocking. When I tried to call your customer care executive, he uses a sweet English word "I apologize". You guys are apologizing for the past 8 days, but no action has been taken since then. I receive only a series of SMS of getting your complaint corrected within the next 48 hours.

is this the way, you treat your customers. Do you take the responsibility of paying my medical bills, if I have a stomach upset due to your negligency??? Please reply and improve your services. Also, 737 consumer complaints in this portal itself says about the level of service you offer to the customers and how care you do for them...
