I am a PureIt user and am utterly disappointed with the customer service of this company. I had ordered a PureIt germkill kit and it was delievered the next day. Right after that the filter stopped working. It would not filter water and the stopper in the middle compartment seems to be broken (as per the engineer who changed the kit). I have registered 3 complaints with the PureIt helpline but to no avail. I had called back twice to confirm they had registered a complaint and was told that it was registered. To add further, everytime I called after that I was told that the complaint was not registered. Today, 24th March, I called at 7:30pm and spoke to a customer service rep, was told that the complaint was not registered and that they will take it again. To my disappointment, when I called again, I was told that the complaint was not registered. And when I told the rep that i would complain to the consumer forum, i was told that I may go ahead and do so.

This is heights of unprofessionalism and that too from a company like HUL.

I would like someone to contact me regarding this, otherwise I will take this up legally.

PS: I have not received a single sms regarding my complaints.
