Guarntee product failure within 15days & not replaced

Hindustan unilever pureit replace battery on my request with paid INR 550 on 11th april which fail the function within 15days after instalation & become RED. after my so much complained & contineous follow up for 15days they replace the defective one with new one whose cost is INR 300. it is direct loss to me of INR 250.

it is just like cheating with customer.

so much fed up with such a poor response & company policies.
