DEAR CONCERN,
I HAD BROUGHT 1.5 TN 5 STAR HITACHI AC. IN STARTING ITS RUNNING COOL BUT AFTER FUE DAYS ITS STOP WORKING. I HAD MADE COMPLAINT (NO-12051101571 & 12051600332) THERE ARE SOMETHING WRONG WITH AC COOLING FAN AS PER SENIOR TECHNICIAN. MANY TIMES TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR CHECK THE AC. BUT RESULT IS ZERO. THEY EVEN DON’T KNOW WHAT THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS. THEY ONLY TOLD THAT PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED SOONLY. BUT PROBLEM IS STILL UNSOLVED. I BROUGHT AC ON 27TH APRIL. I DON’T WANT TO REPAIR MY AC, BUT WANT TO REPLACE IT BCOZ IT IS IN GUARANTEE PERIOD. I MADE MANY CALLS & ALSO MANY MAILS TO COMPANY. THEY NEVER REPLY ME…..IS THERE NO NEED TO REVERT?
I AM WORKING PERSON, AND CAN’T TAKE OFF FROM OFFICE DAILY. ITS REALLY SUFFER ME A LOT. I HAVE TO BEAR MENTALLY AS WELL AS FINANCIALLY LOSS. NOW I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST COMPANY. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
