Poor service

HITACHI customer service is the poorest of all as i have never seen such a third class and frustrating service from any other company...

i have launched a complain for servicing on 24th of april and till date they havent came for service for my ac. Every day i used to call them up and ask and get the same response from customer service that today they will serve but everything in vein. i am burning out my phone balance and my sweat like anything. Is this the way they are serving. SHAME ON YOU HITACHI!!!
