Very Poor service from Hitachi

I purchased Hitachi 1.1 ton ac in 2010. This AC stopped cooling on 20 April. I made complaint on 22 April and ac was taken by their service centre Fusion Services Noida on 23 April 12 and I was informed that cooling coil of the ac is defective and has to be replaced. But it is very disgusting that company like Hitachi is not repairing my ac because they don't have stock of those cooling coil. I ve not rceivef my ac till today i.e. 12 May. I advise all not to buy any Hitachi Product as the service is pathetic. And quality of the parts is poor as they are being replaced in 2 years
