I had bought Hitachi AC on 5th May (Model No R-531SUMD)
I had booked a complaint for the first free service on 20th March at toll free Number 18002008585 (Complaint Number 097100301136) and was promissed that complaint would be attended in the next 48 hours
After that i had a talk with Nikhil on the same number on 30th March
After that i had left my name and number more then 3 times
Then i had got number of Hitachi South Delhi and i had a talk with Mr Joshi at 011-32220014 and he gave me number of Mr Hari Singh for Gurgaon service (919873846591). Mr Hari Singh denied that he looks after Gurgaon
I need your support to get my service done
Its not that i cannot afford it outside Hitachi but i thought this is the brand i should associste with and had very high expectation
Your immediate intervention would be highly appreciated
