I have buy a pen camera and m.p 3 player is given, but m.p.3 palyer is not working, my order no is--112246532 and date is dated&07/03/10,

but i complint on 02/004/10 my compliant no is 201560, costemer care told me response where give 3, or 4 days, but not respondede give,
