Dear Hitachi Team,
This is an upset customer writing this mail after a wait of good 2 months for the remote control for my window ac purchased on 21st May' 10 from Reliance hypermart-Faridabad. While installing, the enginerr found out that the remote was not functional, from that day onwards I've had atleast 6 visits of different people with different solutions, right from sensor change to new remote, but the bottom line is that till date I have not got the remote for my AC. The Description of my AC is: HITACHI WAC 4981W 3 STAR TMRAV018EQDZ1
I'm interested in knowing who will read this mail &by what spead will my query be addressed. Whatever said & happen, for sure it doesn't take 2 months to provide a remote control OR rectify the problem??
