I purchase a Hitachi Airconditioner from ezone Shipra on Saturday 15th May. They supplied me a Damaged AC. After multiple inspection by Hitachi instalation technicians they said they would replace the panel and not the whole indoor unit. Which I reluctantly agreed as it is very hot in Delhi. Now today on 19th when they cam to installed even the instalation kit is missing that means the equipment is short supplied.
I ask Hitachi and ezone to explain how this can happen. Will someone at Hitachi take this up and compensate me for this.
On top of it, the executive at ezone is disconnecting my calls.
Please do not buy anything from ezone. Probably we should start a GARBA andolan as was done in Taral mehta ka ulta chasma against ezone.
