Hi,
I purchased Hitachi AC in Ratna Fan house T..Nagar on April 24th When service person from Hitachi came for installation it has been found that outdoor unit has been damaged (Plastic holder). This has been reported to Ratna fan house (response from them is that hitachi will take care of this, confirmed by the hitachi service person). Registered complaint with the hitachi customer service, when service came he was asking for 350 Rs for replacing the damaged part. Please advice me what should i do now.
