Hitachi /airconditioners split
Nobody turning up for complaints lodged

I had purchased a hitachi split airconditioner in june there is not cooling since its installation. i placed a complaint no 111100302750 in march and somebody came up who was not aware of the functioning of the a/c and went unattended. i have been calling up ur ahmedabad tel no, who gave false promises that some one will attend today tomorrow and so on . all day i took half days but nobody turned up even courtesy calls were not made to inform his absence. i would like to know whether u are going to repair the same or i will be bent upon to approach consumer court and penalise u for the loss of my office time and the cost of a/c alongwith the harrassment. pl do the need ful and inform me accordingly within the next 24 hours
