NOT ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT

My 03 year old Hitachi Window A/c is not cooling since last one week. I made a complaint to Natraj aircon, delhi on 20/06 /10. On same day one serviceman came and said your A/c is working OK and is not cooling because of high temperature.so, he suggested that you should pore water at regular interval in the A/c to keep the compressor of A/c cool. Isn't it ridiculous. I doubt They are doing this because they have Repaired my same A/c for Gas leakage one month back and it is in 03 month warranty period. More so they were adamant, rude and refusing to give me any thing in writing.

After this i made complaint at Hitachi helpline and also registered my complaint at web site through cusomer care form. But even after 04 days till now no one has attended my complaint neither Hitachi bother to answer my mail. today when i contacted at customer care they said your complaint has already been attended. Miracle! They have attended and solve my complaint without my knowledge.

i don't know what to do? whom to approach. give me some guidelines.
