No company techinical person visit since purchased

I have purchased hitachi 1 ton window Ac with twin motor technology, but since I have

taken (by my own transport) the machine from the dealer, Nighter nobody has come to install it nor since last one year and half year, anybody has come for the service, machine is not working well, making too much sound and lot many things... pl. send some body.

If I would have this type of service i would have not taken two machine .. I really feel sorry for the same.
