Dear sir,

I had bought a 1.5 Ton twin motor Hitachi window AC.

Its been 6 days that I have generated a request no. for installation of AC through the customer care service.

Hitachi vouches that within 48 hrs a service is attended whereas in my case its just vice versa. Furthermore, the AC doesn't cool the room as the condensor coils (at the backside of AC) dont get hot. I think the compressor does not work or there is a leak in refrigerant in my brand new AC.

First they provide a damaged AC and secondly give a pathetic customer service.

I have called to their toll free no. of customer care at least 10 times a day in which they confirm my request ID & fakely promise that thay shall take the matter on priority.

I am ruined and I dont know what to do with a brand new AC that doesn't work.

plz help me at the earliest.
