Poor installation and defect in air conditione

I have purchased air conditioner of hitachi make model kaze 1.5 spilt on 25/4 from NEXT RETAIL SHOP MAYUR VIHAR. Inspite of my repeated call to remove the fault in the ac nothing has been done till today. there are many faults as stated below:-

1. The display system of indoor unit is not working since installation.

2. The cooling system is not working finely due to poor installation.

3. The remote is not working properly.

4. The swing functionality in ac is not at all functional.

We are very upset with the service.
