I Ravikanth Cherekar from Hyderabad. Last year i purchased two Hitachi AC. My complaint is after complaning many times to customer care for servicing which is free for in span of one year. After iam calling many times customer care they just logged the compalint but no response from them.just giving techincal people mobile number. When calling to them just they are saying we are sending tomorrow. But this tomorrow is never turn up tilldate. After i fed up iam giving this compaint. Even manager are very careless about seervice.
So i think Hitachi people will take care of this and solve my problem.
