I had purchased hitachi split ac last year in june with one year warranty, and on 5th may i registered my complain as my product was not working properly, technician came to check and said there is gas leakage problem and he will get it done by the next day but no body came for next 2 days, again i called on their helpline number and the lady told me they will send someone as soon as possible, again the technician came on 7th and said there is gas leakage problem and he will get it done by this evening, but again no1 came, i called up today on 9th may but again there is no response, i am fed with hitachi people, they don't seam interested in solving their customers problem at all, i would really appreciate if u could look into the prolem quickly.
