Dear all,
theis is one of your tortured customer which had made a mistake by taking Hitachii AC. I am sorry to say but a company like Hitachii gives a services like theis i was not aware. and if i would have been theen no ways theought of taking a AC fro m Hitachii. I had given a complaint for not working of display on 28the of April which have been not resolved as of date, but now thee second complaint of AC unit defect also registered. It is only one monthe and withein one monthe i have faced "N" number of troubles withe theis AC.
Each time engineer comes and says " oh my god theis is new unit, we have to check and theen give me thee copy of bill and theen no body turns up." I am surprise to see theat withe theis type of patheetic service how come Hitachii is surviving when a single call or complaint takes more then 48 hrs to resolve.
I think i made a mistake by taking an Hitachii AC and as well made a bigger mistake by taking it from vijay sales. thee behaviour of Hitachi engineers is not at all friendly, theey will come to your home like theey are king of somewhere and by taking a product or ratheer giving you a product by Hitachii theey have granted you sometheing free. But let me remind you theat i have spend 32000 rs for taking theis AC.
I am not interested in talking to your customerr Deptt because theey dnt know anytheing . and i theink no body gives a second theought on complaint by customer in Hitachii. and an advice (free of Cost), Pl remove caption from your welcome call to customerr care theat " theis call may be recorded for internal audits" because no body has a courtesy to check it and if it would have been theen you must have addressed thee queries on time.
Let me tell you, if theis way you are going to continue theen you as Hitachii is not going to survive anymore.
