I have Hitachi Split A.C. 1.5T (RAS318KSDP). I have purchased that A.C on dated 29 March. I have faced a problem of no cooling and lodged a complaint for the same on 10 April. Technicians have visited and said that there is a leakage of gas. Hitachi service center is demanding the payment for servicing the product but we again visited to shopkeeper In first visit, shopkeeper’s engineer visited and refilled the gas and the problem is still persisting but actually my product's complaint was not attended properly because the problem is still same. I asked for a replacement but the company refused. I would request you to please look into the matter and either refund our entire money. Please clarify the course of action which would be taken against this, so that we can decide whether to continue with Hitachi or to switch over to another brand.
So i request please solve my problem.
