Dear Sir
With respect I want to inform you that my AC is not working properly from the beginning. For that I complained to the customer care. My complain no. is 12060402290 dated 4th June. But no technician visited my house till date. Every day I am calling the customer care & they are telling the technician will visit tomorrow. In local service centre no one is receiving the phone call. One more thing I want to inform you that there are same complain of the people from my area.
So I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against the people who is responsible for the negligence.
Further I want to inform you that if no one visited my house I bound to take shelter of law.
