Defective AC/ No redressal in guarntee period

Hello,

We bought Hitach Quadri cool AC in February. Just after the purchase, we realised that the AC has certain defect as the cooling was not proper. We lodged the first complaint in first month as it was in guarantee period. Tecnician came and said, that he has fixed the temperature and will work fine. But again after some timr we have to complaint for the same reson. This we we filed the complaint 5 times with in first year, but hitach people just kept making false promises.

I wiould like to mention, that we have AC of 1.5 ton and even keeping its temperature at 16 degrees, it does not cools the room. Also the fact is the room is small and this should not be the case. Now since the guarantee is over, they will not be redressing any of our complaint.

We have been cheated by the company, and we actually told in the first complaint that since the peice is not appropriate, if not repairable, please change it.

Can any one help us in this problem.
