I bought Hitachi 4 foors refrigerator from Relaince Digital on 1st April. THe product was delivered and installed at my place on 4th April. After 1 week of usage, we noticed a water leakage from the water dispenser installed on the door of the refrigerator. A complaint was lodged witht he customer serice centre of reliance. Their engineer visited after 1 week and took away the faulty part. After another week the same part was repaired and installed back with a promise that new part will be ordered from Hitachi and replaced within 1 month. Almost 4 months have passed but relaince has not reverted back.
