I regret to inform you that i am horribly fed up about the Hitachi Services. I am residing in Kolkata (Dumdum Zone), West bengal.
I have a Split AC (1.5 ton) Ace Out in my home and it is under AMC coverage. Currently my AC is not working and water in pouring out if we switch on the AC.
Despite of repeatable call since 4 -April -12 no one attended my service. I have also logged a Web complaint through "Web Call Registration" but still no one provided service till date. The customer care exec also doesn't give any satisfactory answer and repeatedly telling us that service will be provided within next 48 hrs, but service is still not provided till date
Also there is no provision of complaint no/Docket no of the complaint. Customer care exec informed us there is no such provision. So i am unable to track or provide any ID/No in the next call or cannot track my status of my complaint.
