I bought Hitachi iClean Split AC 1.5 Ton on 29-Apr, from Rythm House, Sect-18, Noida.
After one and half a month, its cooling started getting low. When we made a complaint registered on 25-Jun, they said it will be attended with in 48 hours. 9 days have been elapsed and even after several reminders, no one turned up to attend the issue.
The problems that I see:
1. Rude call center staff
2. They just don't forward the call to some senior for escalation
3. Call center is in Gujarat, so you'll have to make costly STD calls to call center -- just to listen music while you are in queue
