AC not cooling

Hi,

I had lodged a complaint of “no cooling” of my Air conditioner on 1st May. The service request number is 11050100407. At that time it was committed that the complaint will be attended by our engineer within 48 hours. As of now more than seven days has been passed but no one turned up or even called for attending the call. For the past three days I am continuously calling at call centre numbers but no respite. No one has the visibility about the status of complaint, every time executive ensures that the same will get attended within two hour or so but after seven days status is same. They have informed me that call has been allocated to the engineer named Sunil. They had also provided me the numbers of Patparganj Service centre but after my repeated tries I am unable to speak at service centre as no one is picking up the phone. It is first time I had purchased any Item of Hitachi and I was very satisfied till date with the product. But now I am very disappointed with the after sales services. I had written a complaint at there customer service on 5th May'11 but didn't get any reply.

Please help in getting the problem resolve.
