I had bought a chimney hob from Home art, Madiwala. I had paid the entire sum including the fixing charges. The chimney and hob were delivered but the guys did not fix it. They just placed it and told me that they will fix it the next day. After that my repeated attempts to reach them is in vain. They do not attend my calls nor they are available in their office. Last week finally I could reach him over phone and he promised that he will fix it immediately. Again the old story started and now they are completely avoiding my calls. How do I get this sorted?
