We had placed an order for 4 burner cooktop and the payment is also done. it was said to arrive within 10-15 days but its more than the days mentioned. the product is not yet delivered.so we called up the helpline but they say it is already sent but the product is not yet received. my order no. is 32345511.the name given is rakhi .jadhav. plz help
