I have purchased Faber 3 burner cooktop (2 indian 1 italian burner) and since begining that cooktop has problem with one indian burner. This is almost 2 years now but still problem is not resolved and Faber services are worst. They are not at all professional and there staff is full of unskilled people. They are aware of products for which they are providing services.
There administrative staff are having all skills to fool customer and keep giving false assurance. There should be heavy penalty on Faber company for there faulty products and poor after sale services.
I want my money back with penalty on them due to mental harassment.
