We purchased a Faber cooktop Model cystal mtb - auto ignition -- 1 italian burner 2 indian burner glasstop model - from Laxmi appliances in april with consistent comoplaints on the burners and consumer complaint lodging we got that faulty piece replaced in Jan with customer caredept of Faber in Pune - Kondhwa - COntact person Mr Suhas Joseph. The replacement piece also started troubling us since last one month. A person came to repair on 21/11/111 when we tried contacting a senior official -- and this time Mr Kishor helped in complaint handling... The repairde piece also troubled and agan on 22/11 the same issue cropped up.. this time the person is saying a valve issue is there and needs replacement.. The cooktop needs to be taken back to factory and will be retd in 2 days.. no spare cooktop was provided to us.. Aand we were warned not to use the leaking cooktop... Till morning we had used it fine and suddenly he says its a RISK!.. How come faber is selling such faulty and non reliable pieces... With this second time issue on the 2nd cooktop -- I demand my MONEY BACK... i will request all indians not to trust these fancy pieces and buy only the simple stainless steel cooktops... I will also lodge an fir in local police stattion to prevent me and my family against any losses... if occurs due to these faulty pieces.
ALSO immediaely i will look for purchasing a new piece - simple stainless steelpiece...
And I definitely need my money back plus compensation for all harassment gone thru with FABER company products.
