Product replacement not done

Hi

I have ordered a mobile from home shop18 and the product was delivered after 12 days. second day of using the mobile found that it was damaged. Order Number 900433321

They asked to return back and got the replacement after again 12 days and to my surprise it was same product with same problem.

on whom to file a case homeshop18 or Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd.(93)?
