Money taken paroduct not delievring

Hi,

I want to report a problem caused by Homeshop18 company.

I have ordered a nokia C2 06 mobile from them and paid full money on 28th Aug. The order no. is 905546515. They committed to deliver the mobile on 5th September but no information was given to me. I tried calling them on daily basis but customer executive told me to wait for 2-3 days every time. Now it's 10 September again I am getting same response that wait for 2-3 days. I have asked them to refund my money if they cannot provide the mobile so they have given me the request no.66560489.But still I have not got any response from them.

I have waited a lot for my product but I don't want to wait for my money.

I request you to please help me get my money back. It feels like Homeshop18 is now not able to keep up their words. I want my money back now as I felt being harassed while waiting for my product.
