Pathetic Services after Sale

Hi all,

Please be aware of purchasing anything from Homeshop18. This is one of the best center crowded of unconcerned and senseless behaviour after sale. Service after sale is pathetic.

I purchase a mobile from Homeshop18. I placed the order on 27th August and the product was delivered after 10 days on 7th September. A pair of sunglasses was free with this but was not delivered at the time of product delivery. I chased the bloody call center a minimum of 20 times and finally after spending hell lot of time and money to call the Unconcened and Senseless call center, finally the free gift was delivered on 27th September. This is what is related to committment failures.

Now come to services - Within 24 hours that mobile phone started the malfunctioning, the touch screen failed to recognize the commands and as this is completely touchscreen phone (FUJEZONE X2) so one cannot even dial a number or access. I raised the complaint on 8th September at about 1:50 AM morning. But again that mobile phone started working after restarting a few times.

Again the same error occured on 14th November and since then again the Touchscreen is not recognizing the commands. Again I raised the complaint and got the SR number with SLA of 2 days. But all in vain, nobody turn up to collect the instrument for replacement.

Finally after 5 calls to know the status of SR, I called again on 18th November and got to know as there is no tie up with BLUE DART Courier for instrument collection from Bhopal, so need to call up TMT services.

Associate shared the TMT Delhi helpline number and when I called there they asked me to call on TMT Mumbai helpline number. When I called again on Mumbai helpline number the associate who received the call said - We are not providing services to Homeshop18 and when I told them that I received this number from Homeshop, they resonded as "Homeshop18 walon ko akal hi nahin hain".

I again called up to the Homeshop18 call center and again told the complete history, but again I got the same Unconcerned behaviour and Nonsupportive answers as we are not providing services of collection of Faulty handsets from Bhopal so need to send through private courier services - Supervison - Mr. Babin said this thing.

So friends this is what that is happening. Planning to raise the complaint against this in Consumer court.

Please never ever even think to purchase anything from Homeshop18.
