THE MAIN PROBLEM ~ a Nokia X1-01 phone bought from Homeshop18.com began restarting from the 11th day of use.

SO NOW, A BRAND NEW PHONE, UNDER 15 DAYS IN USE, NEEDS TO GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY TRY TO AVOID SUCH A HAPPY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE NEXT TIME! Sorry, But I Can't Help Saying This. I WON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME ALL FOR A FEW RUPEES DISCOUNT!! (HERE MY DISCOUNT WAS RS. 184)

Nokia phone is restarting every 7-10 minutes!

I had purchased a Nokia X1-01 Dual SIM mobile phone from Homeshop18.com; ordered on July 22 and item was delivered to me on July 26. The product box was properly sealed and not tampered. The phone is only 11 days in use now, it is already restarting at every 7-10 minutes interval.

I have sent a feedback, but after sending it shows a white/blank page in Homeshop18.com so I am not sure if my feedback has been submitted at all or not.

I am quite confused as to what to do now; the product is only 11 days old and its a Nokia after all, I never expected this situation.
