For not delivering the product

I had ordered, a electric tan-door from home shop18, which cost was 2990, and i paid the money for it 22 December they informed me by sms that they have got the money on 27 December and now the product will be delivered very soon means within 7 to 8 working days, on 2nd January i got the MSG, that you will get the product in 3-4 working days.i just wait for it.but i didn't got neither the product nor any kind of information.at last first time i contact with the company about the delivery of the product.and from that very days i v contacted from them many times.and they are telling that within 2 days you will get the product.and till 31 January i v not got my product.i have become irritated and tired from it.so, pls help me what i should do now.
