I purchased a spice mobile QT 55 from homeshop18 vide order no 903185271 dated 17 Apr. no invoice was given on delivery of mobile. this mobile developed some functional problem on 25th MAY. this mobile was sent to spice service center for repair under warranty period. service center refused to repair free of cost for want of hard / soft copy of invoice. contacted customercare homeshop 18 and spice mobile through e mail and telephonically requesting them to supply copy of invoice or to resolve the problem.despite repeated requests no action has been taken by homeshop 18 and spice mobiles till date..
