The device was broken when it was been delivered to me

I have received this toaster on 25th may at 2pm (IST) the left panel of the device was broken when i got it.sent a mail on the same day i have even sent 3 mails after that which came back with a revert that the customer support people will get in touch with me but they don't even bother to do anything to help there customer's. All i have received from u guys is a automated email which states u will contact me in 72 hrs. Today is 30th of may and those 72 hrs wait is turned into 120 hrs. So can u please tell how long should i wait for a reply from u guys. I know i have done the biggest mistake of my life by placing a order on this website would surely not repeat it again and will also make sure that i advice people around me not to do that. Please let me know if there is anything that will be done to help me.
