This is to bring to your notice that, i had bought a neelkamal cabinet from big bazaar at bangalore, old madras road outlet, i would like share my extreemly dispoitning experience with them, they had home deliver the neel kamal cabinet at home on 15-08, vide cash memo noT55/989.same got delivered having no luck provided for the said cabinet,
After visiting to them again after 7 days, why am i not been provided the key, they started convincing me that, i can buy a key by myself have it preapared myself, after few argument they promised me someone should visit to my place to do the needful,
trust me, this was a false commitment given while i have product having no key, i could not lock it, i find i have spent 6k to buy product having no use now.
please give me a justice, nothing more want some one to visit my place to replace the lock, so i can have a luck for the same.
