Not delivering in time

I have order mobile phone mi323 and i have not yet recieved. Your repreentative told me that i will recieve the item within 7 to 8working days but still i didnt get. when i call they are telling they are sending but still iam waiting. irequested them to cancel the product.but they told that they are unable to cancel it.my order no is 900537203.
