This is Mrs. Sharma. We have lodged complaint regarding the front loaded washing machine to samsung customer care in noida, Ghaziabad. As our machine gets stopped in between when the clothes wash cycle is going on..But nobody is coming to visit for servicing from samsung side for rectifying... We are facing the problem in noida and ghaziabad only... I don't know y these people don't want to work...
