To much delay in providing gas cylinde

Dear Sir,

This is Mr. Sadhika Ali having the HP gas registration no.508528.I have booked the gas on 08-11 at our nearest branch Moula-Ali (1 & 2, Ground Floor, Aditya Castle, Krishnaveninagar colony, Moula-Ali, Ranga Reddy) and they told me that they will supply in a week but till date 22-11 they have not provided us the same and this is not the first time every time they are doing the same and due to that we are facing very difficulty in our routine at home.you can inquire the same
