My Aqua guard compact catridge model is under AMS.It is often giving trouble. The technicians attending the complaint are unable to rectify the same and I have to lodge complaint frequently. To day I find that the red light is blinking and water is not passing on. I reported the complaint over phone thrice and personally gone to your office at Link Road, Cuttack. with the machine to rectify the deffects. But in vein. This is the type of services rendored to customers. Hope the matter may kindly be investigated and due action be taken for breach of contract on AMS.
