V v poor service, They r not customer friendly .when ever u go to them spares r not available, They take lot of time to repair the phone

This is regarding NOKIA 6210 Navigator, its strip is not available in any of the customer care near colaba. When ever we visit the customer care they ask us to leave the phone, becauve of non availability of spares. v bad service they r not consumer friendly.
