I have purchased one printer on 12/09. CNG8C7V28M. It is under warranty. Very frequently i am facing problem that paper jam. I approached nearest HP-Service Center (Green Square Plaza). The problem was not rectified. He is not giving any job card or any acknowledgement. If i ask for job card or ack.card, he is not giving any such type of job card. Please let me know that, is it right to ask job card or ack.card.
