Printer is not working as softwares gets corrupted and scanner is not working

I had bought hp officejet printer on 23-sep, and now the printer is not working as well as it occurs problem in scanning and everytime softwares gets corrupted and its getting operated its show no scan optionrefer to device documentation to troubleshoot...

plz solve my problem and replace my printer.
