I am really unhappy to make a complaint again and again to your customer cell and to your authorized dealer about the defect in the printer HP OFFICEJET PRO WIRELESS 8500 PRINTER bearing No. MY95E22170 on 26-April purchased from your authorized dealer IT World, Tambaram Sanatorium at the cost of Rs.21, 690/-.

From the date of purchase to the shock and surprise the aforesaid new printer is not working properly and the print is not in resolution as of your description and at the same time it has left defective spaces in the print paper and ultimately your company sold defective piece of printer which, one or in another way gives a predicament situation and cause mental agony to me and my family. Now I am in lurch.

I have been suffered by these defects till date, even the printer is within the warranty period and I also make several complaints to your dealer where I bought the printer, customer care of your company and also to the other dealers. No one take responsibility for providing the service to check the printer and to replace it. Your company’s dealer told me via telephone when I contacted that they were not responsible for these defects and problems and directed me to call your customer care cell by providing the number [18004257737]. I called your customer cell on 28-07, where they advised to change the sample cartridge; when changed even then the problem has been subsisted. Again I made a complaint to your customer cell to seek them to give service in person on 03-08 & 07-08 with Mr. Manzeer & Mr. Diju respectively, they simply and vehemently in lethargic manner replied. As per the advice without providing any service in person, I have changed the cartridges 4 times and spent around Rs.6000/- because ink in cartridges get low in short span not equated with the use and description for changing it. A company would be a good company only they could satisfy the customer. Your company sold me a defective piece of printer and now you are evading service that you should bound to provide. In the above circumstances, I call upon you to replace the printer without deficiency of service immediately otherwise I am constrained to take appropriate legal action mulcting you to all cost and consequences.
