Printer not working from the day it was purchased

It was promised by HP customer care that some one will be visiting to sort out the problem with in 48 hrs. When no one came, I called on the above number after 72 hrs, response -

1. Sangeeta has left job

2. Engineer will be visiting by 10 AM tomorrow. Since today morning I have called atleast 5 times, every time time was incremented by half an hour.

Still I am waiting for some one to look at my printer which is not printing properly since I purchased it. Initially it was told that because of set up catridges this problem is coming. After changing the catridges also no change in quality of printing, also catridge current status is showing only 20% remaining after printing only 10 pages in b/w draft mode with very poor quality.
