I purchased a Hindware Kitchen Sink Crusher, long time back. It was with a six months guarantee. Within six months the crusher went bad. The person visited my home and checked it in detail and told me that one of the part is faulty. I was told that the part will come in about 15 days. I kept on following up with them for 6 months but again and again same story. I trued contacting the Co. person. He also assured me that the it would be done. Since then I am following up with no solution. Its almost 2 years now, you can imagine how much problems I have faced till then.
