I bought new sony j20i mobile in poorvika mobile on 15/11... from the starting itself it created me a problem and i reported to the poorvika mobile they said we r only the dealers and u please complaint to sony service center..and went to service center they said that this board problem v want to replace it but it took 20 days... after tat i got the mobile but still it creates the same problem that the mobile gets switched off regularly... but the poorvika mobile dose not take any respond about this regard... am asking about replacement of the mobile..but they r hesitating me
